Eligibility Requirements:
- Be a U.S. citizen.
- Be a resident of California.
- Be at least 18 years old by Election Day (16- and 17-year-olds can pre-register to vote).
- Not currently serving a state or federal prison term for a felony conviction.
- Not found mentally incompetent by a court.
Registration Methods:
- Online Registration:
